Outsource Accounts Manager
Role:
As the Outsource Accounts Manager, you will be the ZelRealm's link to the outsource clients. You will be working closely with programming team to manage the development of the ZelRealm's services. A crucial part of your responsibilities will be in helping to manage and prioritize our service features as well as to manage clients' requests with our ability to deliver.
Responsibilities:
Drive outsource service consultancy with a team of programmers
Work with the Business Development team, and clients to define our service development
Improve the development process and feature management process
Qualifications:
BSc in comp sci
At least 2 years of experience managing a highly technical product
Proclivity towards math, data analysis or statistic
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly motivated and self-sufficient
