• Your programming ability must be well above average, as demonstrated by a school projects
• Ability to pick up new skills and technologies (Today we work in Java(J2EE, JavaBean, NetBean), HTML, Javascript, XML, SQL)
• Passion for software programming
• Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Team oriented mindset
• Can Do It!! attitude
